BAM @ a Distance: Community Connect
It is so important, now more than ever, to stay connected to the community that we cherish. That is not just all of our BAM students, families, and teachers (all whom we love dearly) but our community at large. This page helps you be a part of that change - stay connected, stay positive, and support your community!
SPECIAL PROJECT TO SUPPORT CHICAGO ARTISTS AFFECTED BY COVID-19
Music Arrangement: Peter Bromann | Audio Editing: Patrick Hill | Video Editing: Jena Sugai
In an effort to support Chicago artists who are facing financial difficulties in this time, we brought together the entire BAM community - and beyond - to participate in a virtual choir video cover of “Any Dream Will Do” from our anticipated summer production, JOSEPH & THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT. Together we raised over $1000 for the Chicago Artist Relief Fund, which was established to support Chicago artists affected by COVID-19. Thank you to all who participated!
A PARTNERSHIP WITH AMITA HEALTH ADVENTIST MEDICAL CENTER HINSDALE
On Thursday, May 7 members of the BAM community participated in a Singing Car Parade to honor the first responders working at Hinsdale Hospital. 20 BAM students and staff members participated in the event - we cannot wait for another opportunity to include more members of our community in the festivities!
