WHO CAN PERFORM?
Anyone! Past students, current students, future students, friends, teachers, family, and members of the community!
WHAT CAN I PERFORM?
Anything! The event typically includes a variety of musical styles, from Broadway to Contemporary/Pop to Classical! Solos, duets, and small group numbers are all encouraged!
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY ACT?
If you'd like to perform, fill out the google form linked below no later than Monday, November 20 (The Monday before Thanksgiving!) If you know you want to participate, but don't know what song, just write "TBD" for your song title.
TICKET INFORMATION:
Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, December 6 at 6:00 pm, and are anticipated to sell out quickly.
Everyone in attendance, including performers, must secure a ticket (includes entry to the event, and a three course plated meal).
General Admission Tickets
(priced per person)
Adult: $75
Child (12 & under): $55
General Admission seating will be first come, first served in the General Admission area of the event space.
If you would like to reserve a table with priority viewing, enhance your evening with a table upgrade. This guarantees that your party will be able to sit together in the best seats in the house!
VIP Reserved Table Upgrades
(Priced per half table to accommodate up to 5 guests)
Additional $75/Half Table
Please note that table upgrades must accompany general admission tickets for each guest (meaning each guest at the reserved table must also have purchased a ticket).
***VIP Tables sold out in under 10 minutes last year - do not delay if you want this upgrade***
If you would like to reserve a full table (for up to 10 guests), please purchase two half tables, and we will seat you together at one table. Sound will be amplified throughout the entire event space.
The event will include a gourmet three-course plated meal, with Meat, Vegetarian, and Kids entree options! (If you have a dietary restriction, please email abriella@bamtheatre.com so that we can prepare an appropriate meal for you.) There will be a cash bar available for beverages. Please note that this is a CASH bar (no electronic payments, only CASH).
Attire for the event is holiday best! Please be aware that Hinsdale Golf Club holds a no denim policy, and sport jackets are required for men.
