Tuition Policy

At BAMtheatre, we are committed to providing high-quality classes and programs, and our operational planning depends on the enrollment numbers for each program. Tuition for BAM programs is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a participant notifies BAM in writing 30 days prior to the start of a program, OR within 24 hours of registering for a program, it is possible to transfer the tuition to another available program within 12 months. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied for such changes. Credits can be applied to BAM Productions and Classes. Credits cannot be applied to Private Lessons. Once a tuition credit has been used, it cannot be further credited. Finally, please note that ticketing & credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Part of BAMtheatre's mission is to make performing arts education accessible to everyone who wishes to participate in our programs. We believe no child should be turned away because of financial hardship, so scholarships are available. Please contact info@bamtheatre.com for more information.
