The BAM High School & College Summer Mainstage offers a full scale production experience designed for students wishing to participate in a high level performance program. Auditions typically are held in May, with rehearsals commencing mid-May! Performances are the final weekend of June.

AUDITIONS - Friday, May 5, 2023

(Audition information below! Students in Grade 8 through College are welcome to audition! Students not available for an in-person audition may submit a video audition.)

DANCE CALL - Sunday, May 7, 4 - 5pm

(Dress your 80s best! Students not available for an in-person dance call may submit a video.)

CALLBACKS - Sunday, May 7, 2023

(Students who are not available for an in-person callback may submit a video.)

Rehearsals begin Tuesday, May 16, 2023!

Throughout the month of May, rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 5 - 9pm. In June, rehearsals will be held Monday - Friday from 5 - 9pm.


June 22 - 25, 2023

Auditions & Rehearsals will take place at

Avenue Christian Church (5750 Holmes Ave, Clarendon Hills, IL).

Performances will take place at Nazareth Academy (1209 W Ogden Ave, La Grange Park, IL).

Tuition: $550

(Additional Costume Fee - estimated $125 - due after rehearsals commence.)

Vocal Auditions will take place on Friday, May 5. Students wishing to audition should sign up for a 30 minute time slot using the button below. Students should plan to stay for the full 30min. There will be a dance call for everyone on Sunday, May 7 from 4 - 5pm. Callbacks will also take place on Sunday, May 7. All casting will be notified by phone by Tuesday, May 16.

Students are asked to prepare two 32-bar (1min) cuts of contrasting songs in the style of the show for the vocal audition. Please bring sheet music in the appropriate key. 

Please print this audition form and turn it in when you arrive for your audition. Additionally, we ask that you bring a headshot (or a recent photo) of yourself to the audition. If you have a resume, bring that as well. Resumes are not required.
